About the Whispering Brook Olive Collection

Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our premium extra virgin olive oil is made from the premium Corregiola olive variety. The olives are cold pressed to produce a superior olive oil with the desired attributes of fruitiness, subtle pungency and bitterness. To be extra virgin quality, olive oil must have a free fatty acid value of less than 1%, making it a healthy addition to your diet.

Our premium oil enhances the flavour of all cooked foods. Alternatively, drizzle over salads or infuse with freshly baked garlic cloves and serve with hot crusty bread.

Premium Kalamata Table Olives

Our Kalamata olives are lovingly hand harvested each year and are large, plump and ripe. The olives are gently prepared in a brine solution to enhance the natural Kalamata flavours and retain the firm olive texture. The olives are infused with premium Hunter Valley red wine vinegar with chilli and garlic.
