The Olive Grove

Whispering Brook also features a delightful olive grove of some 450 trees comprising three different varieties. Corregiola (or Frantoio) is prized for its oil qualities whilst Manzanillo is a dual purpose variety, meaning that it may be used to produce both oil and table olives. The olive grove also contains Kalamata olives which are renowned as table olives.

Whispering Brookıs olive grove was planted in 1997 and 1998 and is now producing premium extra virgin olive oil and Kalamata table olives.
