Five Portuguese wines - Arinto, Touriga Nacional and Aged Tawny, pioneered in the Hunter Valley at Whispering Brook. Taste side by side aged library vintages with current releases, each paired with a Binnorie cheese and a tale to tell. Small group by the fire. Unforgettable afternoon.
