Hunter Valley is renowned worldwide for premium quality Semillon. This wine is made from handpicked, 80 year old Semillon vines grown on sandy loam soils in the Hunter Valley. − The aroma displays ripe citrus characters. The palate shows good intensity and drive producing a fuller style of Semillon. − This wine can be enjoyed whilst young or cellared for several years to allow the development of rich toasty bottle age characters of honey and butter.
