The bouquet entices with sweet oak and mocha accents and lifted floral characters.  Medium bodied with red and blue fruits underpinned with a  savoury complexity.  This wine has been made to reward cellaring for several years allowing the wine to slowly reveal its hidden depths.  Alc 13.6%, total acidity 7.0 g/l, pH 3.34.
