Shiraz is Australia’s most planted grape variety introduced in 1832 via the Busby collection. Touriga Nacional is a revered Portuguese red wine grape varietal with perfumed characters and firm tannins making it a beautiful blend with Shiraz.
Blackberry fruit on the nose. Palate displays spice, fine tannins and flavour that lingers.
Arinto is considered a foremost white Portuguese variety. The wine is citrine yellow in colour with floral and citrus aromas. The wine retains good natural acidity. On the palate, the lemonade and green apple flavours transform over time in bottle into complex characteristics with a good capacity to mature.
