at The Fenwick

On Saturday 13 June, we are bringing our museum cellar to Sydney. Six wines, opened across a four-course lunch at The Fenwick in Balmain East - a restored 1880s sandstone building on the harbour foreshore, with the Bridge framing the view from every window.

The wines span fifteen years of Whispering Brook. They tell two stories that are, in truth, one: an artisan estate in Broke Fordwich that looked to the Hunter Valley's French winemaking heritage, and then took a detour to Portugal and never quite came back.

Fifty seats. Four courses. A cellar we have been quietly building for many years, opened for one afternoon on the harbour.

The Fenwick is a short ferry ride from Circular Quay with the Harbour Bridge as your backdrop for the crossing. The East Balmain Ferry Wharf is adjacent to The Fenwick's front door.

All inclusive food, museum release wines and non-alcoholic beverages included for members and guests.
