
On Saturday 13 June, Whispering Brook opens its museum cellar for an afternoon in Sydney. Six wines across four courses — from a 2011 late-disgorged sparkling to a 2014 Shiraz, twelve years in the bottle.
The setting is The Fenwick at Balmain East: a restored 1880s sandstone building on the harbour foreshore, with views across the water to the Harbour Bridge. Fifty seats.
