The Alexandra Methode Traditionnelle embodies the elegance and finesse of our estate grown Chardonnay. Delicate, with notes of citrus and stone fruit to start with hints of lemon rind. The creamy mid-palate shows the result of extended yeast ageing in the bottle for 12+ years resulting in the development of a fine bead and persistent mousse tapering to a lingering finish of fresh, zesty acidity.
