Vibrant cherry red colour and displays a rich, sweet palate of cherries, plums and spice.  The Shiraz fruit was hand picked from Whispering Brook’s estate vineyards.  Several months of maturation in French oak has added depth, complexity and maturity, which is harmoniously balanced with fresh acidity.
