Made from hand-picked, whole bunch pressed grapes into stainless steel tanks for primary fermentation. Basket pressed into 30% new French barriques, hogsheads and a puncheon to undergo malolactic fermentation. This wine was aged for 9 months in barrel and tank prior to bottling. Bottled November 2022.
