The Whispering Brook Olive Long Table Luncheon is on Saturday 5th June 2021 from 12-4pm.
The alfresco luncheon is set amongst the estate’s olive groves featuring a delicious Mediterranean inspired menu complemented with matching Whispering Brook wines, a special guest speaker, live music and a tour of the estate’s olive groves and vineyards.
A spectacular four course menu has been designed by talented Hunter Valley chef Frank Fawkner to highlight the quality and flexibility of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and olives. The menu has been designed to also showcase many passionate artisan food producers from the Hunter Valley and NSW with a particular focus on sustainability.
The Olive Long Table Luncheon brings people together around a communal long table to talk and share about the provenance of food and wine - showcasing the best of the Hunter Valley and NSW.
This year we are excited to welcome as our special guest speaker, a well known and accomplished Australian author and farmer, Dr Patrice Newell.
