A behind-the-scenes vintage experience
Step inside the winery during vintage and discover what really happens behind the scenes.
Hosted by winemakers Adam and Susan, this relaxed and informative experience offers a rare opportunity to taste wines mid-ferment from barrel, learn about the winemaking process and explore the fascinating stage of malolactic fermentation.
After the winery experience, settle in for a seated tasting of three Whispering Brook wines on the verandah overlooking the vineyard.
